The RD70 is Rescue Tech’s newest general use carabiner. Designed to meet the tough-use conditions encountered by Rescue Technicians with heat-treated Stainless Steel construction.
The Rd70 Stainless Steel Carabiner is available in two locking styles to meet the particular needs of rescuers. Note: The RD70 functions very well with the Gibbs Ascender but will not rotate through the Gibbs rigging hole. We recommend use of the ISC Rescue Ascender, CMI Ropewalker, or Petzl Rescuscender.
