The Ultrascenderis is machined from solid aircraft aluminum extrusion and has a 4140 chrome-moly steel cam with a non-metallic finish.ﾠ The ascender will accommodate ropes from 1/4" to 5/8" in diameter.ﾠ The special safety gate design is superior to other open sided ascenders.ﾠ Attachment holes top and bottom allow for attachment of carabiners, ascender slings, or a combination.ﾠ
